Challenge

Alright, a friend is starting a 75 day challenge working towards weight loss. I do not know the details of the challenge, but the thought of being accountable to someone appeals to me right now. In the next 75 days, I choose to move more and eat better. I am not going to define really specific goals.

After Nicky was born, I lost about 20 lbs. I discovered recently that the weight I lost has mostly all come back. Chinese food is bad for you Kelly!! ;) Ned and I both need to start moving more. He came home from work last week and started exercising. Unlike in June, I am in a good frame of mind and a good point to start something. I think I am going to try to keep a food log. I hear that helps a lot of people. I can see where I am having problems and things I can change.

Here is to a healthier lifestyle and to being more active!
