Boot Camp

For the next two weeks, I am joining some friends in a Boot Camp exercise. This boot camp is not just about food and exercise. It is also about organization, schedules and keeping myself on track in so many different areas of my life. I have put together a schedule of how I would like my days to go. The schedule is not written in stone! It might also need some tweaking. ;)

6:40 up, shower and get ready for my day
7:10 make Nicky's bottle and breakfast, set up for when he wakes up.
7:30-10:30 Nicky is usually up by this time. This is Nicky time. feeding, playing, bathing, etc.
10:30-12:30 This is my free-time while Nicky naps. exercise
12:30 Lunch for Nicky and I.
1:00-4:00 clean kitchen, work on cleaning one room other than kitchen, organize a catch-all surface, laundry as needed, etc.
4:00-5:00 start dinner, see if Nicky will take a second nap.
5:30 Ned comes home, dinner prep
6:00 Dinner
6:30-8:00 spending time with Nicky and Ned
8:00-10:30 lay out Nicky's clothes for tomorrow, free time, make sure kitchen is picked up.
10:30 bed

I need to check out flylady again.

Boot Camp day 1 went well.

I ate decent if not fabulous. I was up by 6:45. I was ready for my day and had Nicky's bottle and breakfast ready before I left for work. When I got home, I put Nicky down for an afternoon nap and started on dinner. Go me. I made tacos. mmmm I do not fry my own shells. I am not that industrious. I ate decently for the day, if not fabulously. I didn't get much exercise in, but that is par for the course. (Ever wonder where that phrase comes from? me too.) ;)
