(no subject)

I just got out of the shower. I feel all nice and clean and yummy smelling! ;) In June tigrkittn and her hubby came to Charlotte and we met up for dinner. We had a blast. They were both really easy to hang out with and talk to. Before they left, we talked about going to Chapel Hill to see them sometime. This weekend Ned and I left Nicky with his mom on Sunday and took a trip to Chapel Hill to hang out with them. We met a couple of new really nice people while we were there. We had so much fun that we are planning to go back in a few more weeks.

I can't believe it is August already. How time flies. I should mention that bills are depressing. Checking out the overall state of your finances can be depressing too! Ned and I are going to have to talk about how much money we are spending. I have a budget and we used to be good about sticking to said budget. The past couple of years, we haven't done as well. We need to become more disciplined again.

I want an ankle bracelet. Does this post seem as random to you as it does to me? I meant to talk to tigrkittn about her chain mail and whether an ankle bracelet would be something that looks good in that. I completely forgot! lol Guess I was having too much fun.
