Ned and I have both recently gotten new computers. He has a Powerbook and I got a Dell desktop. I love flat panel monitors. It leaves so much room on my table. Our computer space at the moment is on a 6x3 ft. folding table in our bedroom. There is nowhere else for the computers to go. I am just now liking the setup. The new computers take up so much less space that I have this table arranged in a way I can actually enjoy the space.

We are trying out World of Warcraft. I think it is a pretty fun game. I will say this is my first foray into online gaming. I will never spend more time doing this than getting out of the house and enjoying the outdoors and all the fun things to do around town, but I do like it. Being able to play with Ned is the fun part.

I am currently attempting to make my Grandfather's potato soup. I haven't ever tried it before. This could be interesting. Ned's mother just had all of her teeth pulled out. Mom said it would be nice if I made her some nice mushy potato soup. I thought that was a good idea. I need to call my Grandmother in AZ. She just had a knee replacement and my Great Aunt Marguerite in OK just had her legs amputated. Must send cards and pictures to all. There is a lot going on around me as I am sitting here happy in my bliss.

Gotta check on the soup now.

My husband and I set our computer up on a six foot folding table four years ago as a "temporary" place until we got a decent computer desk. I am right now writing to you from the frigging folding table...

People are playing WoW at my house, too. I'm not so far, but I keep looking over people's shoulders . . .

It is pretty fun. I am trying not to get sucked in more than I should though.
