I was prompted to write this after reading an entry by

Belief and Spirituality are personal things that are relative to individual perspective. My foundation is sunk in Christianity. I have not been able to disregard that foundation to take a different path. I have however been able to expand my perspective beyond organized religion's narrow views. I build my spiritual house upon my foundation from what is, feels, and seems right to me. To some people who cannot see my perspective my spiritual house may look like a house of cards, but to me it is as solid as the earth.
Someone can point to my belief, a stone in my house, and say this is wrong. I would politely ask why? Why do you believe this is wrong? My belief, experience, and perspective placed that stone there. More knowledge accepted by me from someone elses perspective may change my stone, but it could never remove it. I find that another's perspective whether I agree or disagree is helpful in my own spiritual search.
